After graduating from NYU with a Master's Degree in Art History and Management, Masha joined Bitforms, New York's pioneering gallery in new media art, and then, the leading international gallery – Andrea Rosen and the Performa Biennial of performance art. Masha generated sales of contemporary art while expanding the client lists through the development of strong strategic partnerships, creating idiosyncratic events and large-scale digital campaigns. Masha later joined Andras Szanto LLC, a leading brand and сulture strategy consultancy headquartered in New York, where she worked on such important projects as the BMWArt Journey, Audemars Piguet Art Initiative and Davidoff Arts. As part of Andras Szanto LLC, Masha co-created the first in the field scholarly survey, titled 'Culture Projects', exploring the impact of artist-brand collaborations. In her next role, as Director of Communications at .ART domain zone, a London-based global community brand Masha repositioned the brand in the global market (US, CN, EU) through innovative ideation while generating incremental brand awareness and client reach. She also created and developed strategic partnerships with top tier brands and arts organizations, including the large-scale launch of ArsElectronica.ART, among more than 100,000 other partners and users of .ART domains around the world.
Masha currently consults brands and institutions on creative and сulture strategy, advises on art acquisition for corporate and private collections, and builds exclusive social clubs that unite individuals aspiring for personal and professional growth. Whether she is working with Visa and Mastercard to address consumption during the pandemic through an arts angle or leading one of Europe's largest banks to build a private collection and create an exclusive club program to better connect with key clients - Masha helps brands grow and create a strong footprint in this world, by building meaningful impact through arts, culture and technology.
